Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy on all items and we will assist you in replacing or refunding you fully if you have received a damaged product, or a different product from what you had ordered. Please note that all returned items need to be in their original condition and packaging, and must not have been worn and used on any watch. Refunds will be issued on receipt and inspection of the returned product.

We don’t accept returns under the following conditions:

​

1. If the product is visibly worn and has external damages from being used, or if it carries the smell of sweat and smoke.

2. If the product has been exposed to water and has lost the integrity of its construction. Leather should not be exposed to water as it shrinks and reshapes the product which alters its comfortability and wearability.

3. If you have made a Bespoke order. Please understand that all Bespoke or modified orders are non-stock and made with special attention which involves using materials which are irreversible and cannot be resold due to its personalized nature.

Product(s) to be returned/refunded is under the full responsibility of the customer until they have arrived back to our Atelier. Buyer assumes responsibility for return postage.

Please Note:

Due to the nature of our handcrafted products there may be slight variances in colour. However, we give careful attention to keep all stocks in our range in the same colour to give our customers the best experience. Since all products are hand-cut, there could be slight tolerances in thickness with a very small margin of +/- 1-2mm.
